Yoga for beginners

This program is designed for people who want to explore classical yoga with something simple that can be done in a short amount of time.In this session, the main practice you will learn is called yoga namaskar, a simple but powerful process that is complete in itself and fits very well for beginners. It has tremendous benefits such as bringing balance, strengthening lower back muscles, and preventing collapsing of the spine that happens with old age.  The session is completed with a guided meditation.
